OG have started rebuilding their Dota 2 roster by signing the supremely talented Syed “SumaiL” Hassan as their new carry.
The back-to-back TI champions were reduced to only two members after their primary carry, offlaner, and roaming support left the team, either to retire or to take a break.
OG have kicked off their rebuild by signing one of Dota 2’s most talented competitors in former Evil Geniuses star SumaiL, who holds the record as the youngest player to have won The International – he was 16.
OG revealed on a blog post: “The strive for excellence is what always drives us to go further here at OG. And that’s precisely what a player like Sumail has to offer.
“He is now ready for a new challenge. Not the kind of guy who’s content with just watching, you know.”
The defending TI champions will now aim to fill the vacant offlane and roaming support roles.
